by commissioning me, you agree to these terms listed below.
All Artwork is for personal/single use and I do not give my permission to use any work created to be used commercially, reproduced for monetary gain, NFTs or ANY cryptocurrency-based interactions, and anything related to AI/AI training.
I have the right to decline/deny a commission for any reason without stating what that reason may be.Please keep in mind my style, and if your idea is best with it. I do mainly drawn humanoid characters. Please ask if you have any questions rgearding your request!I maintain the rights to my work, and the ability to display commissioned work in my galleries or use it to promote/advertise my work. I will give credit (ocs, etc.) where due.
I will decline you/stop the commission if you are rude, hateful, acting inappropiate, and spamming me. you will be blacklisted.The client has the right to repost and use the work commissioned WITH credit to me. They may not claim my work as their own.PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK.
PROCESS
I will message you as soon as I start work on your commission, and again during the sketching phase. The sketch phase is when you should let me know about any big changes!
It is up to the client to let me know if any changes need to be made!
I will confirm again before rendering (if chosen), this will be the final chance to make ANY changes.
PRICES & REFUNDS
Commissions are to be paid through Paypal.
Commissions will not be started unless the full payment has been sent and processed.Refunds will only be given if the commissioned work has not been recieved within the 2 month timeframe.
TIMEFRAME
Please give at least a month to 2 months max after full payment has been sent to discuss refunds/where the piece is. Please be patient! My process is long and I may take a bit to iron details out.

If for any reason I may not be able to complete the work, or it may take longer than usual, I will notify you!
